Thank you for choosing Host and Home for your beverage needs! Here are the following guidelines and service rules currently in place at our venues.
- All our sites can be booked through this online platform however our booking line (07908286251) is available if you have any queries or concerns.
- We recommend booking in advance however we do have tables specifically reserved for walk-ins to be operated on a first come, first serve basis. We ask walk-in customers to please be patient in waiting for availability during busy periods.
- Pay-As-You-Go bookings last a total of 90 minutes from the booked time and will not be extended for late-arrival.
- We take a NON-REFUNDABLE £5 deposit for Pay-As You-Go bookings and a £10 deposit for Bottomless bookings. This is to ensure attendance and will be deducted from your bill on arrival. Deposits are only redeemable against drink items, or towards your total Bottomless.
- Deposits will be held by the company in the event of cancellation, no-show or in the event of a national/regional lockdown which prevents opening of venues. Upon paying the deposit you are agreeing to this and understand we are not responsible to issue a refund to anyone in your party.
- We hold no liability for loss of property in our venues.
- We hold no liability for the contraction of illness in our venues.
- Should you leave the venue at any time during your booking, the table will be cleaned, sanitized and become open to other customers.
- Tables are held for 15 minutes before being opened to other customers. Please contact us if you are unable to attend your booking or running late.
- ID will be required at all venues.
- Staff are allowed to request the removal of face coverings of customers for identification purposes.
- Now Serving HOME continues to be available for takeaway drinks, collection and delivery. Please contact us via 07908286251 or on site specific social media to order.
- Staff reserve the right to refuse service and remove customers from the venue.
